110LPD FPC GLC Pressurised Supreme Solar Water Heater (Heavy Plus)

The Supreme Heavy Plus 110 LPD FPC Solar Water Heater is a pressurized flat plate collector system with a glass-lined-coated tank, rated to handle water hardness up to 4000 ppm the highest hard-water tolerance in our range. Sized for a family of 2 to 3, it operates at 3 kg/cm² pressure and carries a 5-year collector guarantee.

4000 ppm is the number that makes this unit different. Most solar water heaters top out at 600 ppm for flat plate systems or 2000 ppm for the best glass-lined tanks. This Supreme handles double that. If your borewell water is genuinely severe the kind that scales a geyser within a year and has defeated equipment before this is built for it. In parts of Bangalore, Hyderabad, and across hard-water belts where standard tanks fail early, that tolerance is the difference between a heater that survives and one you replace.

Pressurized operation. Rated to 3 kg/cm², this delivers hot water at pressure rather than relying on gravity, so your shower stays strong when you switch from cold to hot.

Flat plate technology. The collector absorbs sunlight across its full surface and heats water directly into the tank the proven, low-maintenance technology, reliable in strong direct sun, warming more slowly than an evacuated tube system on cold mornings and heavy overcast.

One honest point on the guarantee. The tank carries a 2-year guarantee with 5 years on the collectors. That tank cover is shorter than most solar water heaters offer Sudarshan's glass-lined range runs 20 years, V-Guard's Winhot 10. That is a real trade-off to weigh: this unit's strength is its exceptional hard-water tolerance, not its warranty length. If your water is severe enough to need 4000 ppm capability, this is the product for it; if your water is moderate and you want the longest cover, our team can show you the alternatives and what they cost.

Before you order: your terrace needs at least 8 feet by 4 feet of clear, unshaded space. The price includes transportation to your house, lifting to the terrace, and installation. You arrange the plumbing and electrical wiring.
