And, reasons to charge you like our site engineers come to your place with their conveyance and give their valuable time to guide you properly in terms of choosing the best solar products as per your requirements. However, we may return your 500 bucks as a gift voucher once the installation gets done.

A. If you want to install Solar Power Plant and for this, you need our professionals for site survey, then submission of the latest Electricity bill is a must. Or else, you are required to let us know the size of the electrical meter or sanction load you are expecting if your building is newly constructed.

B. If you want to install Solar Water Heater, then you need to let us know the exact space of your building where you want to place the device and also confirm the source of water (whether it’s a municipal corporation or borewell).

A. When the survey is done by our end and a final order is placed, then you will either get a gift voucher worth 500 rupees or get the quotation of 500 deductions from the final value.

B. When the survey is completed, but the order did not place by the customer, in that case, we will not provide any gift voucher (abandoned).

It takes a maximum of 2-3 business working days.

For Solar Water Heater - 3 to 4 days max and for Power Plant, time depends on the size as well as the type of the system (off-grid or on-grid).

• 2. Find the order (survey of your site) you want to track.
• 3. Click on the Order Details (Date & Price).
