The Solis S6-EH3P30K-H is a 30kW three-phase high-voltage hybrid energy storage inverter with three MPPT trackers, 97.8% maximum efficiency, and a 5-year warranty. It accepts up to 60kW of usable PV input, runs a high-voltage lithium battery bank at 150-800V, and handles 70A × 2 charge/discharge.
High voltage battery architecture why this matters at 30kW. The smaller Solis hybrids run 40-60V battery banks, which works well up to about 15kW. Above that, low-voltage systems hit a physical limit: moving 30kW through a 48V bank means enormous current, thick expensive cabling, and real resistive losses. This unit instead runs a high-voltage battery at 150-800V, so the same power moves at a fraction of the current. That means thinner cabling, lower losses, faster charging, and a system that stays efficient at commercial scale. If you are storing serious energy for a business, HV is the architecture that makes it practical.
What a hybrid does that a grid-tied inverter cannot. An on-grid inverter exports your surplus and then goes dead the moment the grid fails. This hybrid routes power three ways to your load, to your battery bank, and to the grid so when supply drops, your premises keeps running. At 30kW, serving a factory unit, a commercial building, a hospital, or a hotel, that continuity is the entire justification: an outage that stops production or service costs more than the storage does.
60kW of PV input on a 30kW inverter double the nameplate. That 2:1 DC ratio is exceptional at commercial scale. Panels rarely produce rated output in real conditions, so a 60kW array on this 30kW inverter generates through far more of the day, and captures much more in early morning, late afternoon, and under cloud. For a commercial roof with the area available, one inverter handling twice its rated array is a substantial saving on equipment and installation.
Three MPPT trackers. Each handles 40A operating current (60A short-circuit) across a 150-850V range sized for a large commercial array spanning multiple orientations, so each section generates at its own maximum rather than being dragged to the weakest string.
Lithium only, and why. Unlike the smaller Solis hybrids, this unit runs lithium batteries exclusively. At high voltage and commercial capacity, lithium's cycle life, charge rate, and management electronics are what the architecture requires lead-acid does not work in this configuration. Budget for lithium accordingly; it is the higher upfront cost but the only sensible chemistry at this scale, and it lasts far longer under daily cycling.
Monitoring and installation. CAN, RS485, and Ethernet with optional Wi-Fi, cellular, or LAN full remote monitoring for a commercial asset. At 73kg in a 530 × 880 × 290mm cabinet, mounting must be planned and properly rated.
Sizing the system. A 30kW inverter suits an array up to 60kW. The battery bank is the larger decision and the larger cost too small and it dies mid-outage, too large and it is capital sitting idle. Tell our team which circuits must stay live, at what load, and for how long, and we will size the bank against your actual requirement.
SolarClue is India's managed solar marketplace. Our team confirms this inverter matches your array, your three-phase supply, your battery requirement and your DISCOM's rules before you order, and coordinates specification, supply and installation through verified partners. For a commercial storage system this size, we handle the design as a project rather than a product sale. You work with token-payment protection rather than full advance, and we handle Solis warranty support afterwards. Talk to our team for a specification review, current pricing, and installation timeline.
