If you have used Facebook Login (or any other supported third-party login) to sign in to SolarClue.com, Meta/Facebook may share certain profile information with us, such as your name, email address, and profile picture. This page explains how you can request permanent deletion of any such data, along with any other personal data we hold about you.

02. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your SolarClue.com account and associated personal data in either of the following ways:

Please include the email address or phone number linked to your SolarClue.com account, and mention if your account was created using Facebook Login, so we can locate and remove the relevant records.

What Gets Deleted

Upon a verified request, we will permanently delete your account profile, contact details, order history association with your identity, and any data received from Facebook/Meta at the time of login (such as your name, email, and profile picture). Data we are legally required to retain (e.g., invoices for tax or warranty purposes) may be kept in anonymized or archival form as permitted by law.

03. Processing Time

We will verify your identity and process your data deletion request within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Revoking Facebook App Permissions

You can also remove SolarClue's access to your Facebook data at any time by going to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, selecting SolarClue, and clicking Remove. This revokes our access but does not automatically delete data already stored with us — please use the contact methods above for full deletion.
