The 6.3kW Three-Phase On-Grid Solar System is a large home rooftop system built around twelve 525Wp Tata monocrystalline panels and a 6kW Solis three-phase on-grid inverter, generating 720 to 900 units per month, and eligible for the PM Surya Ghar rooftop subsidy.
Who this system is for. If your monthly consumption runs between 720 and 900 units, this system is sized to cover it a large home or villa with heavy load, multiple air conditioners, and high daytime usage. Check your latest bill: if your monthly units fall in the 720-900 range, this matches your usage. This is a substantial residential system, twelve panels across a large roof, so terrace space is a real consideration our team will confirm your roof can take the array before you order.
The phase. This is a three-phase system, for a home with a three-phase connection which most homes at this consumption level have. A three-phase inverter distributes generation evenly across all three lines as your DISCOM requires, with a three-phase net meter. Tell our team your connection type and we will confirm this suits your supply.
How an on-grid system works, and how you get paid. When sunlight hits the panels, they produce DC power, which the inverter converts to AC for your appliances to use directly during the day. Surplus generation flows to the grid; at night your home draws from the grid as usual. A three-phase bidirectional net meter counts both directions, and your bill is calculated on the net over the year, that turns a large roof into a substantial reduction on what is presumably a large bill.
The subsidy, and how it works above 3kW. Under PM Surya Ghar, the residential subsidy reaches its maximum at 3kW. This 6.3kW system qualifies, but the subsidy amount is the 3kW maximum, not a proportionally larger figure. On a system this size, the subsidy is a smaller share of the total cost, and most of the return comes from generation and bill savings rather than the subsidy itself. That is worth understanding clearly before you buy: at 6.3kW you are buying for the generation, with the subsidy as a fixed contribution on top. SolarClue handles the entire subsidy process eligibility, application, DISCOM coordination, and payout and our team will show you the net cost and payback for a 6.3kW at your consumption, so the economics are clear upfront.

SolarClue is India's managed solar marketplace. We deliver this as a fully managed installation: our team confirms the 6.3kW system matches your consumption, supply type, and available roof space, handles your PM Surya Ghar subsidy application end to end, and coordinates design, structure, wiring, three-phase net-meter liaisoning with your DISCOM, and commissioning through verified partners. You book with a token payment rather than the full amount upfront. Talk to our team for the current price after subsidy and the installation timeline in your city.
