The Waterfed Telescopic Solar Panel Cleaning Brush (6 metre) is a manual cleaning brush with nylon UV-treated bristles, an inline water feed, and an adjustable brush head. The aluminium telescopic pole extends to 6 metres and collapses to 2 metres for storage.
Bristles that clean without scratching. Solar panel glass is the one surface you cannot afford to scratch a scratched panel scatters light and loses output permanently. These bristles are specially designed nylon, UV-treated, soft enough to lift dust without marking the glass, and they hold their flexibility even under firm pressure or after long exposure to sun. Ordinary brushes go brittle in Indian heat and start scoring the surface; UV-treated bristles do not. The brush works for both dry dusting and wet cleaning.
The adjustable head is what makes long reach actually work. At 6 metres, the angle between your hands and the panel changes completely a head fixed at one angle either skims the glass without pressure or digs in at the edge. This brush head adjusts to multiple angles, so you set it to meet the panel squarely at whatever height and distance you are working, and apply even pressure across the stroke. On a long pole, that adjustment is the difference between actually cleaning the far panels and just waving a brush at them. It is the reason to choose the 6-metre over the 3-metre beyond reach alone.
The inline water feed saves about 70% of the water. Water runs through the pole directly to the brush head, so you wet only the patch you are scrubbing rather than hosing the entire array roughly 70% less water than conventional washing. It connects straight to a garden hose with the supplied valve and adaptor, needing no separate pump or tank, and the ON/OFF valve at the handle lets you cut the flow the moment you stop scrubbing.
Long reach, manageable storage. The aluminium pole extends to 6 metres to reach across large rooftop arrays, ground-mount rows, and panels set well back then collapses to 2 metres so it stores without needing a dedicated space.
Why cleaning matters. Dust and dirt block sunlight and cut a panel's output. A dirty array loses a meaningful share of its generation, which on a system worth lakhs is money lost every day it stays uncleaned. A brush you keep to hand and use often protects that output better than a machine you rarely take out.
