A heat pump is a device that draws hot air from the outside atmosphere, raises the temperature, and transfers it to the cold water present in a water tank. It is also referred to as source heat pump because it uses ”Air” to heat the water. Naturally, it has a 55-degree temperature.

It also uses electricity to heat the water when:

  1. Presence of cloudy weather
  2. When used more than the capacity
  3. When needing a higher than 55-degree temperature.
