Solar water heaters are
manufactured as pressure and non-pressure models. The pressure model is also
known as high-pressure solar heaters. The high-pressure solar heater means
water in the tank is under high pressure which is equal to the pressure of tap
water. Non-pressure model is also known as normal pressure solar heater which
means, water in the tank is under low pressure and is equal to the gravity of
the water.
Normal Pressure Solar Water
Heater
Vacuum glass tubes connected
directly into the tank with a small holding tank on top of it. The normal
pressure gravity system consists of a vacuum glass tube collector, an insulated
storage tank and optional stand parts. The evacuated glass tubes are filled
with water and exposed to the sun, thus heating up the water in the glass
tubes.
High Pressure Solar Water Heater
An enclosed heating unit
containing copper tubes connected indirectly to a tank. The tank may be located
next to the heating unit or separately such as under the roof. The
high-pressure solar water heating system features evacuated tubes and heat
pipes. The evacuated tube absorbs sunlight and converts it into heat energy,
this energy is then used in the process of heating water. There is no direct
connection between the heating fluids in the copper tubes and the water being
heated.
Solar Energy
or Solar Power – An Unlimited Source of Energy
Solar power / solar energy is essential to a clean energy future - the
sun provides far more energy than we need to power everything available on
earth!

Solar
Energy in India
Solar energy is the best form of
energy to fulfill the power needs of India and bridge the energy demand-supply
gap. India has tremendous scope of generating solar energy as the geographical
location of the country can generate solar energy.
India is a tropical country and
it receives solar radiation almost throughout the year (almost all parts of
India receive 4-7 kWh of solar radiation per sq. meters), which amounts to
3,000 hours of sunshine. This is equal to more than 5,000 trillion kWh and
equivalent to 2,300–3,200 sunshine hours per year. Since the majority of the
population lives in rural areas of India, there is much scope for solar energy
being encouraged in these areas. States like Punjab, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh,
Maharashtra, Orissa, and West Bengal have great potential for tapping solar
energy due to their location.
For this reason, we at SolarClue
have stepped forward in the industry to offer a comprehensive range of solar
equipment such as Solar Panel, Solar Power System, Solar Inverter, Solar Water
Heater, and many to our customers across India. And, most importantly, the use
of solar energy can reduce the use of firewood and dung cakes by rural
households.
